Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa offers rooms with high quality furnishings and Egyptian cotton bed linen. Options range from Junior Suites to Luxurious Apartments. Junior Suite Deluxe (2 Adults) includes a private balcony with views of the mountains and Grandvalira's ski slopes, free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV, a safe, coffee maker, and minibar. A spacious triple room features a seating area with a flat-screen TV, desk, balcony, and private bathroom. The Luxurious Apartment with Mountain View features a terrace overlooking the mountains and Soldeu ski slopes, one en-suite double bedroom, one twin bedroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with a fireplace. The Luxurous Duplex Apartment on the 4th floor has two twin bedrooms (upper level), two double bedrooms (lower level, one en-suite), a lounge with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a microwave. All rooms provide ironing facilities, heating, tea/coffee facilities, a mini-bar, sitting area, terrace, soundproofed rooms, bathroom telephone, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, flat-screen TV, and parquet floor.

The hotel has two restaurants serving Mediterranean and mixed cuisine with a selected wine list. A Taste menu is available and guests can eat a la carte. The hotel also houses Koy Hermitage, a Japanese gastronomic restaurant opened during summer and winter months. Ibaya Restaurant by Chef Francis Paniego (two Michelin stars, three Repsol suns) offers a gastronomic experience. Hermitage Tradició Restaurant serves traditional cuisine. The Glassbar, on the top floor, offers cocktails, fusion cuisine, and views. Guests with allergies or intolerances should inform the hotel before making reservations. Restaurants have seasonal openings; reserve before arrival.

Adult guests have daily free access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa for 2 consecutive hours per day. The spa features pools of varying temperatures, a large pool with jets, and two outdoor hydrotherapy baths with views of the slopes. A swimsuit, swimming cap, and plastic flip flops are required in the spa area. The spa also offers a jet shower, Vichy shower, body wraps, lymphatic drainage, and massage with volcanic stones. The Kids Club offers 3 hours of daily free activities and entertainment for children ages 4-12 (advance reservation required); children under 4 can use the service for an extra cost. Note: children less than 13 years old are not allowed to access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa. Children from 13th to 18th years old must be always accompanied by an adult. No swimming pools are available in Winter season, and the outdoor pool is only open in summer (weather permitting).

Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa is next to the Grandvalira Ski Lifts in Soldeu and near the GrandValira ski slopes. Nearby landmarks include Valle de Incles (3 km), Grandvalira Sector El Tarter (3 km), and Eglise de Sant Bartomeu de Soldeu (0.3 km). The hotel is a place to practice mountain sports.
